There is a saying ‘As fast as crab’s eyes disappear at southern wind’ in Korea. It describes how fast a crab can hide its eyes in, which is used to describe how fast one can finish a bowl of rice because of one particular side dish. That is what we call ‘The Rice Thief’ and today I would like to introduce 2 of the most popular rice thieves: ‘Ganjang Gejang and Ganjang Saewoo.
