The healing travel to Fussen in Germany 자아를 찾아 떠나는 힐링 여행, 독일 퓌센

The two countries in Europe, It is an obvious difference what Germany and the Netherlands are large and small which borders each other. I want to feel the hidden beauty of two countries as a naked traveler. I just wonder that the true life of them. Finally, I am arrived Fussen in Germany and Zaanse Schans of the Netherlands. Neither city nor downtown, there are so many peoples and houses, landscapes like a my home. My healing travel is just begun like that.

국경을 맞대고 있지만 언어를 포함한 그들의 문화는 닮은 듯 다르기만 하다. 질곡의 역사를 안고 반목과 공존을 거듭해 온 독일과 네덜란드. 마천루에서 내려다 보는 숨 막히는 도시가 아닌, 사람 냄새가 가득한 있는 그들의 모습을 보고 싶었다. 독일의 퓌센과 네덜란드의 잔세스칸스은 대한민국의 어느 시골 마을처럼 정감 가는 곳이었다.

Fussen in Germany

Füssen is a town in Bavaria, Germany, in the district of Ostallgäu, situated 5 kilometres north from the Austrian border. The town is known for its violinmaking industry. The original name of Füssen was “Foetes”, or “Foetibus” (inflected), which derives from Latin “Fauces”, meaning “gorge”, probably referring to the Lech gorge.
Füssen is located on the banks of the Lech River, which flows into the Forggensee. The Forggensee is a man-made lake which was built to prevent flooding. It is the catchment area for all the melting snow in the spring, and is drained after the middle of October. Füssen is the highest town in Bavaria, the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau are located near the town.

퓌센은 독일 바이에른 주를 대표하는 관광지로 중세의 신비스러운 모습을 그대로 간직한 곳이다.독일과 오스트리아 국경지대 인근의 알게우알프스산맥 동쪽 끝 레히강 연안에 위치한 퓌센은 1294년 자치시가 되었다. 도시에서 4km 떨어진 곳에 있는 슈반가우 숲에는 월트디즈니가 디즈니랜드 성을 지을 때 모델로 삼았다는 노이슈반슈타인성이 있다. 이 성은 중세 기사 전설에 매료된 바이에른 국왕 루드비히 2세가 지은 독일을 대표하는 고성이자, 유럽에서 가장 아름다운 건축물로도 꼽힐 만큼 수려한 외관을 자랑한다.
