Linus blanket’s 2nd mini album “Magic Moments” 혼자도 근사한 라이너스의 담요

A Korean indie jazz band, Linus’ Blanket has released 2nd mini album “Magic Moments” in 3 years. As a representative Jazz band in Korea indie music, they debuted in 2001, had released first album in 2003. And finally, Linus’ Blanket is back as solo band of vocalist Yeon Jin. Title song, “Love me” is cheerful swing tempo jazz song. Especially, this album was focused by public and critics before it released. Because, many famous Korean indie musicians were joined in this album as her friend. For example, singer & song writer Kim Tae Chun, DJ soulscape, Jang Gi ha and face’s Jung Joong Yup, 3rd butterfly’s drummer, Seo Hyun Jung etc.

14년차 빈티지 재즈팝 밴드 ‘라이너스의 담요’가 보컬과 키보드를 담당했던 연진의 솔로 밴드로 돌아왔다. 흔해 보이는 기억들 속에서 무심하게 말라가고 있는 사람들의 마음을 적셔 줄 라이너스의 담요만의 감성을 담아낸 두 번째 미니앨범, “Magic Moments”를 3년만에 발매한 것이다. 타이틀곡 “러브 미”는 무성영화 속 연인들이 서로를 보고 싶어하는 마음을 경쾌한 스윙 템포가 인상적이다. 싱어송라이터 김태춘, DJ 소울스케이프(Soulscape), ‘장기하와 얼굴들’의 정중엽, ‘3호선 버터플라이’의 서현정 등의 실력파 뮤지션들이 그녀의 음악에 아름다운 멜로디를 입혔다.
