Although she released just 6 regular albums and worked at the several music genres through 28 years, it is perfectly true that she made the brand “Han Young Ae’s music” in the history of Korea pop. Finally, Han Young Ae has released her 6th regular album “Shakypo” In 15 years.

This new album’s title track “Shakypo” is a vivid hopeful song for everyone who suffered from pain & trouble during 2014. 가수라는 단어로 그녀를 표현하기에는 너무 부족하다. 1986년 첫 솔로 앨범 발매 이후, 28년 동안 가요계의 거목으로 칭송 받아 온 한영애의 울타리는 상상하는 것 이상으로 넓고 크기 때문이다. 독보적인 보컬로 대한민국 가요계에서 가장 큰 위치를 차지하고 있는 예술가, 한영애가 15년만 6집 앨범 “샤키포”를 발표했다.

이번 앨범 타이틀 곡 “샤키포”는 우리가 꿈꾸던 세상이 오리라는 믿음으로 다 같이 함께 하고픈 신나는 곡이다. 또한 강산에, 유앤미블루의 방준석, 그리고 작곡가 김도현 등 다양한 음악인들과의 작업으로 탄생한 컨트리 풍의 레게음악, 블루지한 느낌의 락 발라드, 리듬앤블루스에서 발라드에 이르기까지 다양한 장르의 10곡이 섞여있는 6집 앨범 “샤키포”는 그야말로 ‘하이브리드 앨범’이라고 할 수 있을 것이다.
