GAIN’s 4th solo mini album “Hawwah” 독보적인 하나의 아이콘, 가인

We don’t need remember Brown Eyed Girls’s GAIN anymore after her this new album. More than sexy, GAIN has released the fourth mini album “Hawwah”. Since became a solo singler, GAIN always has been the center of hot issues for shocking attempts. Hawwah is the first female of mankind that God created with Adam’s rib in Genesis, and the first one who committed a crime of biting the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil by yielding to temptation of Satan

Her first title song “Paradise Lost” is made by the songwriter, Lee Min Soo, and the lyric writer, Kim Ee Na, together having magnificent scale and mystique. GAIN showed extraordinary efforts for the performance of the title song including an extreme makeover to dye her hair blue and also participated in directing the performance in person.

이제 더 이상 그녀를 브라운아이드걸스의 가인으로 떠올릴 이유가 없을 것 같다. 독보적인 솔로 가수로 거듭나고 있는 가인이 네 번째 솔로 미니 앨범 “Hawwah”를 발표했다. 파격적인 안무와 의상으로 이슈메이커로 거듭나고 있는 가인의 이번 앨범은 인류 최초 금기를 깬 여자 ‘하와’를 현대적으로 재해석한 콘셉트로 조영철, 이민수를 포함한 국내 정상급 뮤지션이 함께했다.

더블 타이틀 곡을 포함해 총 6곡이 수록된 이번 앨범의 첫 타이틀 트랙 “Paradise Lost”는 이민수 작곡가–김이나 작사가 콤비의 작품으로 웅장한 스케일과 신비로운 멜로디가 인상적인 곡이다. 두 번째 타이틀 트랙 “Apple”은 히트메이커 박근태 작곡가의 곡으로 누구나 한 번쯤 느낄 수 있는 ‘금단의 사과‘에 대한 욕망을 귀엽게 표현했다.
