A Korean play ‘A problematic man Yeonsan’ 어미 잃은 아들의 몸부림, 연극 ‘문제적 인간 연산’

Since the first performance in 1995, a Korean play ‘A problematic man Yeonsan’ was regarded as one of the greatest Korean modern play in the history of Korea play. And finally, a Korean play ‘A problematic man Yeonsan’ is back with the totally new colors for July 2015. It is a new take on the King Yeonsan who was one of the most tragic man through Chosun dynasty. When the first performance was released for the publics, You In Chon & Lee Hye Young’s extreme acting was attracted by publics & critics.

The most remarkable fact is that the paly rebirths by the master of Korean play, Lee Yoon Taek. Also, some veteran Korean actors joined in the play as the important role such as Oh Young Soo, Lee Moon Soo, Kim Hak Chul. In the case of the main actor, an anticipated rookie actor Baek Suk Kwang plays a role of young Yoensan. And, a famous traditional musician Lee Ja Ram plays a double role of NokSu and deposed queen Yoon. 1995년 초연 이후 20년 동안 한국 현대연극의 기념비적인 작품으로 평가 받은 연극 <문제적 인간 연산>이 돌아왔다. 조선왕조의 역사상 가장 흥미로운 인물인 연산군의 이야기를 새롭게 해석해 초연 당시 유인촌, 이혜영이 각각 연산과 녹수를 맡아 열연하여 한국 연극계에 파란을 일으켰던 연극 <문제적 인간 연산>.

한국 연극의 거장 이윤택의 연출로 새롭게 태어난 2015년 연극 <문제적 인간 연산>은 오영수, 이문수, 김학철 등 노장 배우들과 <혜경궁 홍씨>에서 사도세자 역으로 주목 받은 신인 배우, 백석광이 청년 연산으로 열연 중이다. 또한 <판소리 브레히트>와 뮤지컬 <서편제> 등으로 잘 알려진 소리꾼 이자람이 녹수와 폐비 윤씨를 연기함은 물론 음악감독으로 작창과 일렉트로닉 음악까지 직접 작곡해 작품의 완성도를 더 하고 있다. 컬쳐엠매거진이 연극 <문제적 인간 연산>을 작가 나승렬의 사진으로 공개한다.
