LYn’s 9th album ‘9X9th’ 벌써 아홉 번째, 린

A female Korean singer who has gorgeous & lovely voice, LYn. Finally, she has released the 9th regular album ‘9X9th’ for this fall. Since her debut in 2001, LYn has released a variety of albums in R&B, ballad, hip-hop, and other genres. So in this time, she has challenged herself and her musical limits by trying world music, jazz, and gypsy genres.

There are 9 tracks in the album included a title track ‘Love moves on’. The title song ‘Love moves on’ is a waltz in minor. Its lyrics, about the pain of love that once burned hot but now has ended and turned into memories that simply ‘moves on’, are deep and catchy. Also, there are various genres in the album such as original jazz, ballad, tango in ‘Please let me alone’, ‘Only you’, ‘Look at me’ etc.

가수 린이 9번째 정규 앨범 ‘9X9th’를 발표했다. 2001년 데뷔 이후 R&B, 발라드, 힙합 등 다양한 음악을 선보여 온 린이 World Music과 Jazz, Gypsy 등의 장르로 또 한 번 진화한 음악으로 돌아온 것이다. 특히 이번 9집 앨범은 린과 함께 그룹 바이브(Vibe)의 류재현과 윤민수를 필두로 최성일, King Ming 등 많은 히트곡들을 보유하고 있는 작곡가들이 의기투합한 프로듀싱팀 ‘VIP’가 공동 프로듀서를 맡아 새로운 음악을 향한 린의 도전에 힘을 실어주었다.

총 9곡이 수록된 이번 앨범의 타이틀 곡 ‘사랑은 그렇게 또 다른 누구에게’는 왈츠 리듬의 쓸쓸한 마이너 트랙으로 World Music의 전통적인 악기와 주법 등을 완벽히 재현한 집시 음악 멜로디와 융스트링의 쿼텟 연주가 곡의 분위기를 더했다. 또한 ‘이별주’, ‘주정 블루스’, ‘나 하나만 남겨줘요’, ‘Only you’, ‘나를 봐요’ 등 정통 재즈, 발라드, 탱고를 넘나드는 다양한 장르의 곡들도 앨범에 함께 수록되었다.
