The Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra Oboe Bass Ensemble was the guest of 76th ArtM Concert at uJung Art Center. ArtM Concert is a non-profit music Concert sponsored by Hyundai Pharm since 2009 which it is the limelight of mass communication as an authoritative classical concert. Also, ArtM Concert was named ‘Art is Tree’ by Ministry of Culture, Spots and Tourism, Korea in March 2015.

76th ArtM Concert’s main guest, Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra Oboe Bass Ensemble is the one of the best Korean oboe bass ensemble who attracted publics & critics attention. An oboist Lee Mi Sung who is the senior oboist of Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, she already won at the several oboe competitions such as Dong-A music concour, Pittsburgh society competition. Also, Ryu Kyung Kyun & Hong Joong Kyo are also well-talented oboists, and, a double bassist Kim Jin Chul graduated the Berlin National Music university ‘Hanns Eisler’ with honors. (주)현대약품이 주최하고 (주)아트엠플러스가 주관하는 제76회 아트엠콘서트가 ‘가을의 울림’이라는 주제로 서울시향의 오보이스트와 베이시스트로 구성된 오보에 베이스 앙상블과 함께했다. 2009년 5월 첫 공연을 시작으로 국내 정상급 뮤지션들과 함께 해온 아트엠콘서트는 공연 수익금 전액을 한국문화예술위원회에 기부하는 현대약품의 사회공헌활동이다. 또한 지난 3월에는 문화체육관광부가 선정하는 ‘문화예술후원우수기관’으로 선정되어 그 의미를 더 했다.

76회 아트엠콘서트를 빛내준 서울시향 오보에 베이스 앙상블의 오보이스트 이미성은 현재 서울시향의 오보에 수석으로 활동 중이며 동아음악콩쿠르와 피츠버그 소사이어티 컴피티션 등 국내외 유수의 콩쿠르에서 입상한 국내 최정상의 연주자이다. 또한 류경균과 홍중교 역시 국내뿐만 아니라 해외의 다양한 무대 경험을 가진 실력파 오보이스트이며, 더블베이시스트인 김진철은 베를린 국립음대 ‘Hanns Eisler’에서 우수한 성적으로 연주자 과정을 마쳤다.

서울시향 오보에 베이스 앙상블과 함께한 이번 콘서트에서는 보헤미아 출신의 작곡가 겸 오보이스트인 트리벤제의 곡과 ‘오보에의 파가니니’라고 알려진 이탈리아의 작곡가 파스쿨리의 곡 등 오보에와 더블베이스 특유의 감성을 느낄 수 있는 곡들이 연주되었다. 컬쳐엠매거진이 서울시향 오보에 베이스 앙상블 연주한 L.V Beethoven의 ‘Theme and Variation for 2 oboes, English Horn’ 곡을 공개한다.
