Yoon Hyun Sang’s debut album “Pianoforte” 노래하는 소년, 윤현상

The first journey to find his own music through piano. A Korean rookie singer, Yoon hyun sang has released his debut Mini Album “Pianoforte”. As a singer-song writer, he attracted from publics and critics with his fantastic piano play and gorgeous voice before debut. There are 6 tracks in his mini album included double title song “When would it be” with a famous Korean female singer ‘IU’.

The double title song “When would it be” is done with IU as a duet, and it is a song that has modern folk chic sentiment to it. It is a monotone ballad song that shows the feelings of people who can’t just accept ‘farewell’ easily even though time passes by. The lyrics talks about how the woman and man can’t do anything but to wait and the calm lyrics make the song even sadder. They sing the steps of overcoming farewell through waiting, and it is done in a restrained way. The climax part where the duet harmony meets overpowers the listeners.

소년과 남자의 경계선에서 부르는 여리고 아름다운 노래. 감성적인 피아노 연주와 뛰어난 송라이팅 실력으로 데뷔 전부터 화제를 모았던 가수 윤현상이 본인의 첫 번째 미니 앨범 “피아노포르테”를 발표했다. 피아노를 통해 자기 본연의 음악을 찾아 떠나는 첫 번째 여정을 담아낸 이번 앨범에는 아이유와 함께한 “언제쯤이면”과 솔로곡 “나 평생 그대 곁을 지킬게”의 더블 타이틀 곡을 비롯해 본인이 작사, 작곡한 총 6곡이 수록되었다.

아이유와 듀엣으로 함께 한, 더블 타이틀곡 “언제쯤이면”은 모던 포크의 감성을 기반으로 완성된 모노톤의 발라드 곡으로 이별을 겪은 후, 기다리는 것 말고는 할 수 있는 없는 남녀의 이야기를 아이유와 윤현상의 목소리로 풀어냈다. 윤현상 본인이 전곡 작곡, 작사, 편곡, 프로듀싱까지 참여한 이번 앨범은 발라드, 보사노바, 재즈, R&B 등 다양한 장르로 기성 가수에 못지 완성도를 구현해 냈다.
