EXID’s 1st studio album ‘STREET’ 이엑스아이디 첫 정규 앨범

One of the well talented Korean girl group, EXID has released the first studio album ‘STREET’ since debut. As the hottest girl group who was huge loved in 2015, they already released several hit tracks such as ‘Up & Down’, ‘HTO PINK’ etc. So in this time, they are returned with whole different style & concept album for this summer.

Especially, one of the best Korean producer, ‘Shinsadong Tiger’ directed the album with several well talented producers such as Bumi Nangi including EXID’s member L.E. There are 13 tracks in the album including a title track ‘L.I.E’. It is an up tempo dance track with R&B, hip-hop, Funk. Also, five different voice of EXID’s all members makes the track more perfectly. Also there are various genres tracks in the album such as ‘You know well’, ‘Hello’, ‘CREAM’, ‘3%’, ‘Only One’ etc.

EXID가 데뷔 이후 첫 정규앨범 ‘STREET’을 발표했다. ‘위아래’, ‘핫핑크’ 등 역주행 신드롬을 일으키며 2015년 가장 뜨거운 걸 그룹으로 주목 받았던 그녀들이 그 동안 보여준 음악과 전혀 다른 음악적 시도를 통해 보다 성숙해진 모습으로 돌아온 것이다. 특히 그 동안 EXID와 호흡을 맞춰온 신사동호랭이의 총 지휘 아래 범이낭이를 포함한 실력파 프로듀서들이 앨범 작업에 참여했으며 멤버인 LE가 작사, 작곡, 편곡까지 앨범 전 작업에 참여했다.

총 13곡이 수록된 이번 앨범의 타이틀 곡 ‘L.I.E’는 R&B, 힙합, Funk가 섞인 업 템포 곡으로 숨바꼭질놀이의 익숙한 멜로디라인이 EDM Trap 장르로 변화하여 신선함을 더했다. 특히 이별 후 남자의 거짓말로 인해 생기는 감정 변화를 멤버들의 파트별 표현해 곡의 완성도를 더 했다. 또한 ‘데려다줄래’, ‘알면서’, ‘Hello’, ‘CREAM’, ‘3%’, ‘Only One’ 등 EXID의 다양한 매력을 느낄 수 있는 곡들이 앨범에 추가로 수록되었다.
