EXO’s 3rd full album ‘EX’ACT’ 엑소의 정규 3집 앨범

EXO has released their 3rd full album ‘EX’ACT’ with double title tracks ‘Monster’ and ‘Lucky One’. As the best Korean idol group who dominates the heart of every girl, they have several records such as sold over 1 million of two regular albums, top ranked on K-pop music chart, awarded grand prize at the K-pop music award for the third consecutive year. And this time, they are returned with double title track ‘Monster’ & ‘Lucky One’, and various genre music.

One of double title track, ‘Monster’, co-produced by Kenzie and LDN Noise, is a dance song with lyrics about a crazy and obsessive love that is hard to give up. The other title track ‘Lucky One’ is a funky R&B dance track and it talks about a man who wants to find his destined lover. Also, there are various genre music in the album ‘Heaven’, ‘Stronger’, ‘Cloud 9’, ‘One and Only’, ‘Artificial Love’, ‘White Noise’, ‘They Never Know’ etc.

글로벌 아이돌 EXO가 정규 3집 앨범 ‘EX’ACT’를 발표했다. 2장의 정규 앨범 판매량 100만장을 돌파, 더블 밀리언셀러에 등극, 각종 음악차트 1위 석권, 3년 연속 연말 음악시상식 대상 수상 등 대한민국 대표 아이돌로 자리매김한 EXO가 지난 12월 겨울 스페셜 앨범 ‘Sing For You’ 이후 6개월 만에 돌아온 것이다. 총 9곡이 수록된 이번 앨범에는 더블 타이틀 곡 ‘Monster’와 ‘Lucky One’을 비롯해 EXO의 다채로운 음악 세계를 만날 수 있는 곡들이 수록되었다.

더블 타이틀 곡 중 하나인 ‘Monster’는 날카로운 드럼과 어두우면서도 신선한 보컬 패턴이 돋보이는 댄스곡으로 EXO의 강렬한 카리스마를 느끼기에 충분하다. 또 다른 타이틀 곡인 ‘Lucky One’은 펑키한 사운드와 트렌디한 디스코 템포의 조화가 귀를 즐겁게 하는 밝고 경쾌한 R&B 펑크 댄스곡으로, 가사에는 설레는 마음으로 운명의 사랑을 찾아 떠나는 남자의 이야기를 위트 있게 담아냈다. 또한 ‘Heaven’, ‘Stronger’, ‘Cloud 9’, ‘유리어항(One and Only)’, ‘Artificial Love’, ‘이 세상 모든 소리 중에 너를 찾아내면 돼’, ‘백색소음(White Noise)’, ‘They Never Know’까지 EXO의 다채로운 음악적 감성을 앨범에 담아냈다.
