Park Ho San is to be depended upon as an actor. Even though, he debuted the play ‘Winter Wonderer’ in 1996, he still loves & stays in Deahakro like 20 years ago. In fact, he got married at early age and he couldn’t quite support his kids with the pay he got at young age from being in plays. And he switched to musical for a bit.

But he just couldn’t be satisfied with himself so he thought he should do more plays and went to a random theater to find a role. Now he can do both musicals and plays but being in a play excites his more. And we could know his passion for play if we check his act careers on the stage of play. In this time March 20016, he greets us as veteran detective in Jang Jin’s new play ‘Ice’. CultureM Magazine meets a Korean actor Park Ho San who we always trust.

박호산은 무척이나 믿음직스러운 배우가 틀림없다. 1996년 연극 ‘겨울나그네’로 데뷔해, 어느덧 20년차 중견 배우가 되었지만 여전히 대학로가 좋아 오늘도 대학로를 지키고 있는 몇 안 되는 배우이기 때문이다. 사실 박호산은 연극으로 데뷔했지만 젊은 나이에 결혼을 하고 부양할 가족 때문에 경제적으로 조금이나마 도움이 될 수 있는 뮤지컬 무대에 오르기도 했다. 

하지만 연극을 향한 갈증은 언제나 그를 대학로로 돌아오게 했고 그 동안 박호산이 참여한 작품을 보면 어쩔 수 없이 그는 태생이 배우인 사람이라는 것을 쉽게 알 수 있을 것이다. 컬쳐엠매거진이 2016년3 월, 장진 감독의 연극 ‘얼음’의 베테랑 형사로 돌아온 믿고 보는 배우, 박호산을 만났다.
