One of the best Korean electronic duo, CASKER has released the seventh regular album [ground part 1] in 3 years. From the first album ‘armor planet’ to the sixth regular album ‘itinerary’, and the digital single ‘Mountain’ which released in June 2015, they were showing the unique & special sentimental with various musical challenges. Finally, they are returned with nature’s new, pure sound for this fall. There are seven tracks in the album included a title track ‘The smiler’, ‘Mountain’, ‘Beam’, ‘Full moon’, ‘Stain’, ‘The end of world’, ‘Geysir’ etc. The title track ‘The smiler is an unique electronic song about the blind love.

CASKER’s 7th regular album, [ground part 1]

대한민국 대표 일렉트로닉 혼성 듀오 캐스커가 3년만에 정규 7집 앨범 [ground part 1]로 돌아왔다. 2003년 1집 ‘철갑혹성’부터 2012년 발매된 6집 정규 앨범 ‘여정旅程’, 그리고 올 6월 발매된 디지털 싱글 ‘산’까지, 특유의 감성을 다양한 시도 안에서 풀어낸 혼성 듀오, ‘캐스커’.탱고, 보사노바 등 여러 장르를 일렉트로닉 사운드로 재해석하는 다양한 음악을 선보여온 그들이 ‘자연’을 소재로 한 새로운 사운드를 가득 담아낸 7곡과 함께 돌아온 것이다. 짝사랑하는 사람 곁에서 웃는 사람으로라도 머물러야 하는 관계에 대한 이야기를 담은 타이틀 곡 ‘웃는 사람’을 비롯해 지난 6월 싱글로 선 공개된 ‘산’, ‘광선’, ‘만월’, ‘얼룩’, ‘세상의 끝’, ‘게이시르(Geysir)’ 등의 곡이 추가로 수록되었다.
